SLAVKO NIKOLIC 
Senior Civil Designer/Director M.I.E. (Aust) R.P.E.Q
Slavko’s broad experience spans over 30 years in various facets of civil engineering ranging from field survey, design of roads including geometrical design and layout, stormwater drainage design, sewer and water reticulation design and supervision.
His first 15 years of experience was gained in Yugoslavia where he was involved in detailed design of civil engineering projects including work on railways.
He gained comprehensive experience in field surveying and site works, including setting out road alignments in various topographical environments.
Slavko’s major achievements are in subdivisional developments in various roles as a designer of roadworks, stormwater drainage and sewer and water reticulation.
CRAIG HAMILTON 
Senior Civil Designer – AD Civil Engineering
Craig’s wide and varied experience within civil engineering gained over 20 years include shopping centres, hospitals and university expansions and all facets of subdivisional projects including supervision and contract administration.
Craig has worked on the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane both in Council and private companies and dealt with many local authorities in both these regions.
The majority of Craig’s experience is with designing roadworks (including arterial roads) stormwater drainage, sewer reticulation and water reticulation.
CLINT de VRIES 
Civil Designer
Clint has six years experience as a Civil Draftperson and 4 years as a Civil Designer.
This period has covered a range of projects, such as – Main roads projects, Residential, Rural & industrial subdivisions, shopping centre developments, Internal Building Hydraulics, Major Service stations & Residential building plans, including site supervision of various projects.
SAMANTHA NOGACKI 
Director/Office Manger
Samantha has over 20 years experience in office administration. Samantha’s career responsibilities include secretary/administration, receptionist/engineering assistant, purchasing assistant, customer service officer and small business owner operator. Samantha has a high level of secretarial experience with senior management and excellent communication, interpersonal skills in dealing effectively and pleasantly with clients, suppliers, colleagues and the public.
GREG MORRIS
Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager (B.E. Civil, M.I.E. Aust, NPER 3, R.P.E.Q)
Greg has a significant career in civil engineering projects with fifteen years involvement in the private industry and four years in the local authority section. He also has a substantial involvement in design and construction of development projects including large residential development, lake and wetlands constructions (including landscape coordination) and road construction projects.
